PFM NP Alloy

Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM)  Non-Precious (NF) -restorations are fabricated using CAD/CAM technology resulting in a metal coping with a porcelain surface. We do not cut corners or risk patient health by outsourcing PFM’s to foreign countries.

PFMS are an excellent option for dentists who seek a restoration that combines both durability and natural-looking internal characteristics. The underlying coping replicates the performance of a natural tooth, while the ceramic coating replicates the natural esthetics.

PFM SP Alloy

Semiprecious (SP) Alloys in this group have a noble metal content (gold, platinum and/or palladium) that’s over 25%.

PFM HN Alloy

High-noble (HN) alloys have a composition that’s over 60% gold, platinum and/or palladium, with over 40% of the formulation being gold.

These metals have the advantage that they are the easiest and most predictable to work with. Using them usually insures the most accurate crown fit and the most predictable bond with porcelain.

PF Zirconia

Our porcelain fused to zirconia restorations are excellent choices for crowns and bridges. We can combine the strength of zirconia with the esthetics of porcelain. The zirconia frameworks are scanned and designed using our CAD/CAM technology and then finished using porcelain.

Features & Benefits
• Esthetic alternative to posterior crowns with metal occlusal and
full cast crowns
• Lifetime warranty against breakage
• No need to worry about the fluctuating price of alloys

E-max Veneers

IPS eMax porcelain veneers are considered the best full porcelain veneer currently available worldwide.  They have outstanding cosmetic appearance and exhibit the natural translucence and shine of ideal healthy teeth.  The e.Max veneers are made from lithium disilicate glass ceramic that is both extremely strong and provides outstanding aesthetics.  The opalescence, translucency and light diffusion properties of IPS eMax lithium disilicate are designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and undetectable restorations.
The eMax veneers can be color matched to your existing teeth for seamless natural integration your smile, and they can also be fabricated to the shade and color of your desired ideal smile.

E-max Inlay/Onlay

When a tooth has lost a significant amount of its structure one of the options for treatment can be an inlay or onlay. An inlay fits into the tooth whilst an onlay also covers the top biting surface of the tooth.

IPS e.max Inlay/Onlays delivers the ultimate in metal free esthetics and strength utilizing both Pressable and CAD/CAM technologies.
Designed with versatility and simplicity in mind, IPS e.max lets you select from multiple framework materials including Zirconium Oxide, giving you the versatility you want while always veneering with the same ceramic giving you the simplicity you need.

Feldspathic Veneers

Mastering the art of simulated enamel requires the ability to mimic natures own recipe. Image Dental Lab uses feldspathic porcelains that we know to have a crystalline structure very similar to natural enamel. These porcelains not only provide natural opalescence and fluorescence, but exhibit a wear resistance similar to natural teeth. The result, is a depth of color defined by a unique balance of light transmission and light reflection that follows nature

Lumineers

Lumineers are a brand of porcelain veneers. Traditionally, it has been generally recommended that porcelain veneers be made a minimum of 0.5 millimeter thick, about the thickness of a fingernail. For Lumineers, they can go a little thinner, down to 0.3 millimeter.

Soft Tissue

The soft tissue contours of the models are formed in the implant areas with a pink shaded silicone material.

This is used to ensure that the emergence profile of the fixed abutments replicates natural tooth esthetics.

Ti CAD/CAM milled Abutment (ZIMMER, MIS. COMP. COMPONENTS)

Ti-Base abutments are Titanium base connections for CAD/CAM systems, allowing the production of custom ceramic abutments for a wide range of individualized solutions and greater compatibility to specific site requirements.
Ti-Base abutments are available for Internal Hexagon and Conical Connection implants; for single and multiple-unit restorations; for Standard, Narrow and Wide platforms.

Cast Abutment

Ideal for customized prosthetic restorations, the casting abutments have press-fit plastic sleeves, while the metal base enables precise implant-abutment connection.

Types of casting abutments:
– Anti-Rotational (Hexagon): For use in custom casting prosthetic restorations on single or multiple implants.
– Rotational (Cylindrical): For use in custom casting prosthetic restorations on multiple implants prosthetic restorations.

Hybrid Zirconia Full Arch

Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis offers a fixed, all-zirconia implant solution for edentulous patients desiring a more durable and esthetic replacement for removable dentures. It is constructed from 100% Zirconia, this full-arch restoration dramatically improves speech and chewing function and attaches to implants via titanium connections. BruxZir Solid Zirconia offers superior fracture toughness and exhibits flexural strength up to 1465 MPa, making it ideal for enduring the functional stresses that dentures must withstand.

Available for full-arch indications for the first time, BruxZir Solid Zirconia is biocompatible and lifelike, exhibiting remarkable translucency and color similar to natural dentition. State-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology is employed to achieve a precise fit and a predictable result. Strong, hygienic and affordably priced, the BruxZir Solid Zirconia Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis offers exceptional resistance to the chips, fractures and stains that can compromise acrylic dentures

Full Upper/Lower Denture (Econ)

Dentures are removable dental appliances that replace missing teeth. Unlike dental implants and dental bridges, which are more or less permanently affixed to the bone, dentures are prosthetic teeth attached to a supporting structure. Dentures can be removed at night, for cleaning, or whenever desired. The most affordable dentures are those made with traditional plastic prosthetic teeth.

Premium Full Upper/Lower Denture

Premium dentures involve a great measure of dental artistry and utilize materials which simulate the natural look and color of teeth and gums to the highest degree possible. The teeth, normally made from composite acrylic resins, are designed to last a long time and often include a warranty against wear and tear, such as chipping and cracking

Flexible Denture

You and your patients will love flexible partials. Each thermoplastic appliance is indicated for use as a removable full or partial denture in place of traditional acrylic. Valplast and tcs can also be used for saddles or clasps on cast-metal partials.

Offering unique physical and esthetic properties, biocompatible Valplast provides lifelike esthetics and flawlessly blends with the patient’s natural tissue and surrounding dentition. The Valplast injection process provides ideal adaptation to both hard and soft tissues.

The tcs flexible partial allows restorations to adjust to the contours of the mouth. Stain-resistant, durable and comfortable in the mouth, the tcs flexible partial contains no metal or wire clasps. This, along with the natural hue of the appliance, allows it to blend with surrounding gums and dentition.

DuraFlex is an advanced thermoplastic that is clinically unbreakable, easy to adjust and even easier to polish. Thin and transparent, DuraFlex flexible partials virtually disappear in the mouth. They are also unusually resistant to water absorption, making them less likely to stain or retain odors.

Cast Frame Complete

Our full cast restorations are computer designed and printed in resin using our in-house CAD/CAM technology. Crowns are made with alloys that have high marginal integrity and durability. They are resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and plaque build-up. Available alloys include high noble gold, noble gold, and non-precious metal.
